R&D – Responsibilities
- Chemical synthesis and chemical RM testing.
- Support pilot studies, literature surveys, documentation, analytical reviews, and other research laboratory activities.
- Conduct research activities for new and existing ingredients and finished products.
- Evaluation of raw materials, active ingredients, and preservatives.
- Conduct bench trials and pilot batches, including technology transfer.
- Stability, compatibility, and microbiological testing.
- Maintain R&D records and prepare BMR.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, BIS, and international requirements.
- Provide technical support to production and the pilot plant.
- Keep track of industry trends, sustainable technologies, and innovations.
- Perform other R&D-related functions assigned from time to time.
