About the Role

The Analyst will support Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Project Managers in executing activities related to Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Introduction for the Biomonitoring business.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and operational organizations using SAP, web data maintenance tools, and other business systems.

Product Life Cycle Management & NPDI

  • Support Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Project Managers with PLCM and NPDI activities.
  • Act as a primary interface with operational organizations including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical Service, QA, and other relevant teams.
  • Support Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Introduction activities through SAP and web data maintenance.
  • Review NPDI completeness.
  • Review master data for completeness and correctness.
  • Support relevant steps of product life cycle management and portfolio review activities.
  • Meet SLA and TAT requirements according to agreed guidelines with stakeholders.

Master Data Management

  • Support master data management activities.
  • Perform data reviews.
  • Support data cleansing and data enrichment.
  • Conduct data consistency checks.
  • Review web data compilation and perform data cleansing.
  • Troubleshoot Web PDP data issues.
  • Extract data reports using ERP/SAP systems.

Product Documentation & Web Data

  • Upload product documents on the web whenever required.
  • Review and maintain:

    • Technical bulletins
    • Product information sheets
    • Certificate of Analysis
    • Certificate of Origin

  • Create product listings on the website.
  • Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met within agreed timelines.

Business Operations & Quality

  • Demonstrate good process knowledge across assigned activities.
  • Maintain defined standards for quality and productivity.
  • Assist the Team Lead with ISO and other additional activities.
  • Support stakeholder requirements and operational activities.
  • Initiate process improvement projects and ideas.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences from a reputed university, particularly in:

  • Biochemistry
  • Biotechnology
  • Microbiology

M.Sc. Biochemistry | M.Sc. Biotechnology | M.Sc. Microbiology | M.Sc. Life Sciences | M.Pharm | Other Relevant Life Science Postgraduate Courses

Experience

  • 1–3 Years of experience in the Scientific Industry.

Technical Skills

  • In-depth scientific knowledge and functional proficiency in Life Sciences.
  • Understanding of Business Operations roles and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with internet and email.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, including:

    • Excel
    • Teams
    • Outlook
    • SharePoint

  • Ability to set up complex database queries.
  • Ability to navigate different SAP T-codes in PRD, PRE, and MDGM.
  • ERP/SAP user knowledge for data extraction and reporting.
  • Ability to initiate change records and support Controlled Document Management using TrackWise/Mango.
  • Basic knowledge of Palantir.
