- Material & Inventory Management: Receipt, storage and issuance of raw materials, packing materials and auxiliary supplies.
- Material Planning & Procurement: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Dispensing & Issuance: Execute material dispensing and issuance procedures.
- SAP Expertise: Material movements, SAP transactions and inventory management.
- QMS: Change control, CAPA and deviations.
- Documentation: SOPs, qualification reports and quality system documents.
- Compliance: GMP, regulatory and audit compliance.
- Knowledge of warehouse area and equipment qualification.

Technician / Junior Executive / Executive – Packing

- Packing Line Operations: Independently handle packing line and shift operations.
- SAP: SAP entries, material procurement and posting related to packing.
- Packing Equipment: Handling of Track & Trace and labelling machines.
- Cold Chain: Knowledge of cold chain product handling.
- Production Planning: Maintain plan vs. actual output of the shift.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance against online observations.
- Maintain required packing documentation and GMP compliance / QMS.
- Labelling machine operation.
- Operation of cartoner and traceable GMP.
- Documentation.
- Troubleshooting.
