Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support supplier qualification and re-qualification activities while maintaining accurate documentation and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key responsibilities include:

Support defined steps in supplier qualification and re-qualification processes.

Collect, organize, and maintain supplier qualification documentation accurately.

Enter and maintain supplier information in qualification tracking systems.

Assist in preparing qualification packages for internal review.

Support audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, current, and traceable.

Escalate missing or inconsistent information according to established SOPs.
-
Follow procedures supporting the end-to-end supplier qualification lifecycle.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required educational qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant courses may include B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc. Life Sciences, M.Sc. Life Sciences, B.Sc. Biotechnology, M.Sc. Biotechnology, B.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Microbiology, or other relevant healthcare and life sciences qualifications. These are examples of potentially relevant courses, not a confirmed list of degrees accepted by Fortrea.
Experience Requirements
Applicants should have:

1–2 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical operations, quality assurance, or another regulated industry.

Exposure to document control, compliance, or operational support.

An understanding of basic Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

Professional, task-focused communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
