Job Role & Responsibilities
Formulation & Development Department
The selected candidates will be responsible for the following activities:
- Supervise the Formulation & Development area and monitor the work of assistants and operators within the designated premises.
- Conduct literature and patent searches and review the findings according to product requirements.
- Characterize innovator and market samples.
- Plan day-to-day execution of Formulation & Development trials for domestic, ROW, and other regulatory markets.
- Handle characterization, laboratory-scale development, scale-up, technology transfer, and exhibit batches.
- Plan pre-formulation studies for product development.
- Execute development trials, achieve the desired critical quality attributes, and manufacture stability batches.
- Improve existing formulations and explore the possibility of developing new dosage forms.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned formulation development and technology transfer activities.
- Coordinate with the Analytical Department for routine analysis of formulations and development samples.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical qualifications and experience in formulation development are encouraged to apply.
