Job Role & Responsibilities

The Executive – Post Market Surveillance will manage and process product complaints and Medical Device Reports across multiple product lines, following applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Open complaint records and collect the information required for complaint processing.

• Conduct written and verbal follow-ups with customers to obtain additional complaint details.

• Determine whether complaints meet regulatory reporting requirements.

• Prepare associated regulatory reports, including Medical Device Reports (MDRs), in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Evaluate complaints to determine whether an investigation is required.

• Coordinate the retrieval of product samples when necessary for investigations.

• Respond to customer complaints through written and verbal communication.

• Ensure timely closure of complaints in accordance with established procedures.

• Manage complaint-related workflows and identify issues requiring escalation.

• Triage internal and external communications related to product complaints.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, and medical device quality or regulatory affairs.
