Production Department
The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out production activities in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during production activities.
- Operating production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps, and vacuum systems.
- Charging raw materials, solvents, and chemicals according to approved procedures.
- Monitoring and recording critical process parameters, including:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Vacuum
- Agitator speed (RPM)
- pH
- Reaction time
- Addition rate
- Nitrogen pressure and flow
- Performing manufacturing operations such as reactions, extraction, washing, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and solvent recovery.
- Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and cleared before starting operations.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of production equipment and the manufacturing area.
