Job Role and Responsibilities

The Apprentice – Production will support plant operations while following cGMP requirements, process safety procedures, and site operating practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solvent Stock Monitoring: Monitor recovered imidazole stock and arrange inventory according to operational requirements.
• Process Parameter Recording: Check the pH of specified solvents and record readings in the designated registers daily.
• Production Documentation: Collect process-related data and maintain accurate notes and records.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Cross-check recovered solvent and mother liquor quantities against book stock and physical stock.
• Incident Reporting: Report near misses, incidents, and accidents promptly to the responsible authorities.
