Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the technology transfer documentation, protocols, checklists and manufacturing instructions.
- Coordinate the SAMWED documentation for the scale-up, exhibit and validation batches.
- Ensure the transfer of the CMCs, CQAs and process controls from development to commercial scale.
- Perform scale-up calculations and monitor batch execution (including scale-up, exhibit and validation).
- Evaluate the batch data, yields and machine performance.
- Work with R&D, F&D, Production, QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering.
- Handle QMS workflows (Change Controls, Deviations, Risk Assessments and CAPA).
- Support regulatory audits (including USFDA and MHRA) with technical data.
2. Executive – Technology Transfer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred)

The Executive position is for an experienced Pharma professional (5-8 years’ experience) in Technology Transfer and OSD manufacturing operations.
