Job Role & Responsibilities
Aspiro Pharma are recruiting experienced candidates for the roles of Production Supervisor and Production Operator. The work will be in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals with the processes involved being vial filling, sealing, stopper handling and lyophilisation.
1. Production Supervisor
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the vial filling, sealing, stoppering and lyophilisation operations.
- Ensure production activities are carried out properly.
- Monitor the manufacture of the monitors and keep production running efficiently.
- Make sure you’ve got line clearance prior to commencing any manufacturing activities.
- Keep production documentation and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
- Follow the relevant safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
2. Production Operator
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the vial filling and sealing equipment.
- Perform line clearance activities.
- Handle production equipment and the manufacturing operations.
- Carry out equipment change overs.
- Follow the production procedures and the operational instructions.
- Ensure we are producing on time and that we are producing quality product.
- Follow the relevant cGMP and safety requirements.
