Quality Control (OSD) – Officer to Executive

Amneal are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Quality Control operations at a regulated pharma manufacturing facility.

Position Details:

Job Description & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for analytical testing, laboratory operations, documentation and quality compliance activities.

1. Sample Analysis

  • Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.

  • Carry out process validation (PV), method transfer (MT) and stability sample analysis.

  • Use analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, IR and LC-MS.

2. Analytical Testing

  • Perform assay and related substances analysis.

  • Conduct dissolution, identification and content uniformity testing.

  • Carry out other analytical tests in accordance with the approved specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Instrument Operations

  • Operate, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot QC laboratory instruments.

  • Operate HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, IR, dissolution apparatus and particle size analysers (PSD).

  • Ensure lab equipment is fit for routine analytical testing.

4. Quality Control Activities

  • Perform routine QC lab work.

  • Evaluate the analytical results against the approved specifications.

  • Make sure sample testing and lab work gets completed on time.

5. GMP Compliance

  • Follow the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

  • Maintain compliance with 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211.

  • Follow the relevant ICH guidelines, SOPs and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

  • Maintain data integrity in accordance with the ALCOA++ principles.

6. Quality Systems & Investigations

  • Handle and carry out OOS and OOT investigations.

  • Participate in deviation investigations and Change Control activities.

  • Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Assist with other quality related investigations which arise during the course of laboratory activities.

7. Stability Studies

  • Carry out stability sample analysis in accordance with the approved stability protocols.

  • Ensure timely completionEnsure that the stability testing is completed in a timely manner.ility testing and reporting records.

8. Documentation & LIMS

  • Maintain analytical workKeep the analytical worksheets and lab notes.ooks and calibration records.
