- Follow the prescribed procedure for dealing with information.
4. Medical Terminology and Anatomy
- Apply a basic knowledge of human anatomy.
- Understand the medical terminology used in the running of a healthcare operation.
- Get familiar with hepatitis and a host of other medical conditions.
- Understand the healthcare information needed for the process in question.
5. Data Handling and Microsoft Excel
- Use Excel and the other MS Office applications for the work.
- Perform basic computer-based tasks.
