Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and method transfer activities.
- Operate HPLC, GC, dissolution testing equipment, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, FTIR, and other analytical instruments.
- Work on HPLC column selection, buffer optimization, assay, dissolution, related substances (RS), and organic volatile impurity (OVI) methods.
- Follow applicable FDA, ICH, USP, IP, BP, and JP guidelines.
- Analyse raw materials, stability samples, trial batches, and finished products.
- Support the preparation of STS/STP, COA, and AMV protocols.
