Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm. / B.Sc.
Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in complex manufacturing equipment such as Emulsion and Suspension.

  • Experience in Vial & Bag Filling machines, including SHINVA Bag Filling and PLUMAT Line.

  • Experience in Emulsion / Suspension.

  • Experience in Bag Line.

  • Experience in Inhalation Line.

  • Experience with PFS.

  • Experience with LYO.

  • Experience with Cartridges.

  • Experience with Filling Machine with Isolator.

Candidates should have relevant experience in an injectable regulated pharmaceutical plant.

Quality Assurance Department – Environmental Monitoring

Officer / Executive – QA Environmental Monitoring

Department: QA – EM (Environmental Monitoring)
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: B.Sc. Microbiology / M.Sc. Microbiology
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Required Skills

  • Experience in Environmental Monitoring.

  • Experience in non-viable particle monitoring of sterile / aseptic manufacturing plants.

Quality Assurance Department – IPQA & Validation

Officer / Executive – QA IPQA & Validation

Department: QA – IPQA & Validation
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in line clearance and validation activities for manufacturing and packing areas.

  • Experience in BMR and BPR review.

  • Experience in shop floor compliance.

  • Experience in visual inspection qualification.

  • Candidates having media fill exposure will be preferred.

Quality Control Department – QCC

Officer / Executive – Quality Control

Department: Quality Control (QCC)
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. / M.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in raw material testing.

  • Experience in in-process product testing (IPPT).

  • Experience in finished product (FP) testing.

  • Experience with analytical instruments such as:

    • ICP-MS

    • ICP-OES

    • HPLC

    • UV

    • GC
