Production Department – Bharat Biotech
Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm.
Job Description
- Vaccine formulation development and physicochemical characterization.
- Antigen adsorption at GMP scale, including bulk and formulations, liquid and lyophilised.
- Handle basic GMP documentation such as SOPs, protocols and reports.
- Operate GLP equipment including viscometers, particle size analyser, lyophiliser, centrifuges, homogenisers, pH and conductivity meters, etc.
MSAT Department – Bharat Biotech
Experience: 3–6 Years
Education: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. in relevant Life Sciences or Biotechnology disciplines.
Job Description
- Routine mammalian adherent cell culture under aseptic conditions.
- Monitor cell morphology, viability and growth.
- Work with large-scale systems including T75, T175, roller bottles, cell stacks and cell factories.
- Apply cGMP and aseptic techniques, filtration techniques, and preparation of cell and virus banks.
IPQA Department – Bharat Biotech
Experience: 8–10 Years
Education: M.Pharm. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology or Life Sciences.
Job Description
- Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance for vaccine manufacturing and quality.
- Review and approve batch records, deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations related to process.
- Conduct line clearances, process validations and cleaning validations.
- Support quality risk management and continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
