Executive – R&D Documentation
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Department: R&D
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and maintain R&D documentation, including SOPs, STPs, protocols and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with cGMP / GLP.
- Support development reports, stability studies and regulatory submissions such as DMF/CTD.
Exemed Pharmaceuticals – Quality Assurance Department
Executive – AQA
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: M.Sc.
Department: QA
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve analytical documents, including SOPs, STPs and test methods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Handle laboratory investigations, OOS/OOT and change controls.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
Exemed Pharmaceuticals – Quality Control Department
Officer – HPLC
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc.
Department: Quality Control (QC)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and analyze samples on HPLC, including method validation and routine analysis.
- Maintain HPLC instruments and Chromeleon / relevant software.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Prepare analytical reports and support regulatory audits.
Exemed Pharmaceuticals – Microbiology Department
Officer – Microbiologist
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc.
Department: Microbiology (QC/QA)
Note: Male candidate required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Perform microbial limits, bioburden and environmental monitoring.
- Maintain documentation as per GMP requirements.
- Support method validation and laboratory compliance.
Exemed Pharmaceuticals – Engineering / Maintenance Department
Electrician
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI (Electrician)
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant utilities.
- Ensure safety and compliance with electrical standards.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
Exemed Pharmaceuticals – Process Engineering Department
Senior Executive – Process Engineering
Experience: 7–9 Years
Qualification: B.E. Chemical
Department: Process Engineering
Note: Pharma API experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle process engineering activities for API manufacturing.
- Manage process optimization, scale-up, troubleshooting and debottlenecking.
- Prepare and review process documents, PFD, P&ID and SOPs.
- Support technology transfer, new product commercialization and regulatory compliance.
