Hetero Biopharma: Key Responsibilities

Production FP Responsibilities

  • Handle vial washing and depyrogenation activities.

  • Operate HPHV and steam sterilizer equipment.

  • Support production activities and filling operations.

  • Follow cGMP and SOP requirements.

  • Handle DQ, IQ, PQ and OQ activities.

  • Support preventive maintenance activities.

  • Handle lyophilizer and aseptic media filling activities.

  • Perform filter integrity-related activities.

  • Maintain QMS requirements.

Packing Responsibilities

  • Operate labelling machines for bottles and syringes.

  • Handle printer operations.

  • Supervise packing lines.

  • Follow applicable QMS requirements.
