    Job Role & Responsibilities

    Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive
    Location: Kandivali (Charkop), Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, compile, and review regulatory dossiers in CTD, ACTD, and eCTD formats.
    • Ensure compliance with international regulatory guidelines and local authority requirements.
    • Respond to customer queries and Ministry of Health (MoH) queries in a timely manner.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure company submissions are aligned.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product registrations, renewals, and variations.

    Eligibility / Qualifications

    • Education: Graduate in Science; B.Pharm preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Skills Required:
      • Hands-on experience in CTD, ACTD, and eCTD dossier compilation.
      • Strong understanding of global regulatory guidelines.
      • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
