Job Role & Responsibilities
Trainee – Quality Control (QC)
- Eligibility: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry) – 2025 pass-outs only.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform routine QC analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished formulations.
- Support method development and validation under senior chemists’ guidance.
- Maintain GLP compliance and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Trainee – Manufacturing
- Eligibility: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) – 2025 pass-outs only.
- Responsibilities:
- Support production operations in formulation and API facilities.
- Operate and maintain production equipment under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality protocols.
- Assist in batch documentation and process monitoring.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education:
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry (QC Trainee).
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Manufacturing Trainee).
- Year of Passing: 2025 pass-outs only.
- Other Requirements: No backlogs or ATKT at the time of application; good English communication skills; willingness to work in rotational shifts.
