Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Positions – Operator / Sr. Operator / Line Chemist / Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in injectable manufacturing processes, including shop floor management.

• Perform component preparation, compounding, aseptic filling, autoclave operations, vial washing, and sealing.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP protocols, safety standards, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate batch records and documentation as per quality standards.

• Support line operations and quality checks under supervision.

Experience Required: 3–6 years in injectable manufacturing.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of injectable manufacturing processes.

• Prior experience as Line Chemist or Executive is preferred.

• Ability to handle shop floor operations, shift work, and team supervision.
