Job Role & Responsibilities
Production
- Positions: Trainee, Chemists, Senior Chemists & Shift In-charge
- Experience: Freshers, 1–12 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and monitoring of API production activities.
- Following cGMP and safety practices.
- Shift supervision and process monitoring.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Positions: QA Officers / Executives
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of QMS activities.
- Document review and compliance checks.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
SRS (Specialized Roles)
- Qualification: B.Tech Chemical
- Experience: Freshers, 2–5 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Process optimization.
- Research support in chemical processes.
Engineering / Maintenance
- Positions: Fitters, Electricians, Assistant Manager
- Experience: 2–10 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Civil Engineer

- Education Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical, Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical, Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers and professionals up to 12 years.
- Industry Requirement: Prior experience in API Bulk Drug manufacturing will be an added advantage.
