Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) – Assistant Manager

• Oversee API documentation, compliance, and audits

• Monitor QMS activities: deviations, CAPA, change control

• Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines

Research & Development (R&D) – Officer

• Conduct experiments related to API development

• Support process optimization and technology transfer

• Maintain research documentation and reports

Quality Control (QC) – Chemist

• Perform chemical testing of APIs and intermediates

• Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial standards

• Prepare analytical documentation and reports

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer

• Support method development and validation activities

• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs

• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance

Plasto Division – Plant Head

• Lead operations in the plastic engineering plant

• Supervise polymer production, planning, and process control

• Manage a team of engineers and operators for smooth operations

Engineering Department – Electrician / Fitter / Apprentice

• Electrical maintenance of machines and utilities

• Mechanical fitting, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Support plant engineering activities in plastic division

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QA Assistant Manager: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm with 6–7 years’ API experience

• R&D Officer: B.Sc, M.Sc with 2–3 years’ API research experience

• QC Chemist: B.Sc, M.Sc with 2–3 years’ API/pharma testing experience

• ADL Officer: B.Sc, M.Sc with 2–3 years’ experience in pharma API/analytical labs

• Plasto Plant Head: B.Sc/M.Sc in Polymer Science or Diploma/Degree in Polymer with 10–20 years’ plastic industry experience

• Engineering (Electrician/Fitter): ITI/Diploma with 2–6 years’ experience in plastic engineering

Note: Local candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
