Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Non-Certified Medical Coder, you will:

- Assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.
- Work in collaboration with team members and trainers during the certification phase.
- Participate in company-provided training programs to develop coding expertise.
- Commit to professional certification within 6 months of joining.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Life Sciences and Paramedical graduates (B.Sc, M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Zoology, Botany, Allied Health Sciences, etc.)
- Experience: Freshers eligible; no prior coding experience required.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment agreement.
- Must be ready to obtain medical coding certification within 6 months of joining.
