Job Role & Responsibilities

Positions: Officers, Operators, Supervisors – OSD Production

Key Duties:

• Operate and monitor OSD manufacturing equipment: granulators, blenders, tablet presses, capsule fillers, coaters, and packaging lines.
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and FDA regulations to maintain compliance.
• Conduct in-process checks, batch monitoring, and product sampling.
• Ensure accurate BMR/BPR documentation and equipment log maintenance.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth production.
• Support process validation, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Science background)
• Experience: 4–6 years in OSD Production (Finished Dosage Formulations)
• Preferred Skills:
