Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Officer, Production & Process Compliance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance:

• Ensure cGMP and GSP compliance at contract manufacturing sites.
• Conduct GMP rounds of shop floor, warehouses, and service areas.
• Review manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure Herbalife requirements are met.
• Verify in-process parameters for multiple manufacturing processes including:
  • Powder manufacturing & packaging
  • Granulation, Compression & Coating
  • Capsule filling and Counter filling (Tablets & Capsules)
  • Stick packing processes
• Manage, facilitate, document, and review investigations for non-conformances.
• Identify root causes, implement and review Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Track and close open investigations and action items on time.
• Drive visual management processes to monitor compliance status.
• Provide training sessions to contract manufacturing teams as per Herbalife standards.
• Support operations through verification of closed action items and sustainability of compliance practices.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Background:

• M.Pharmacy, Graduate in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, or Mechanical Engineering (with food industry experience).
• Relevant courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry), Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Biochemistry.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of cGMP/GSP and QA practices.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving mindset with a result-oriented approach.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Food industry.
• Hands-on exposure to QA/Manufacturing functions.
