Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quality Control – API (Wet Analysis) | Chemist

• Perform wet chemical analysis including Karl Fischer titration (KF), potentiometric titration, and pH measurement.
• Conduct particle size distribution (PSD) via Malvern techniques.
• Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments like balances and pH meters.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory compliance, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Execution of instrument calibrations and support in Computer System Validations (CSV).

2. Quality Control Investigations SME | Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager

• Lead QC investigations, provide subject matter expertise in analytical troubleshooting.
• Perform advanced wet chemical analysis and supervise Karl Fischer, PSD, and pH measurement tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and GLP standards.
• Oversee calibrations, validations, and support internal/external audits.

3. Quality Assurance (AQA – API) | Sr. Officer / Sr. Executive

• Manage quality assurance functions including audit trail review and compliance checks.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC using Empower software.
• Familiarity with LIMS applications and regulatory audit preparedness.
• Ensure QMS compliance, SOP documentation, and support in regulatory submissions.
