Job Role & Responsibilities

Ipca Laboratories invites experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated professionals for the following departments:

Production (OSD – Manufacturing & Packing)

Positions: Senior Officer, Officer, Junior Officer, Supervisor, Technician
Qualification: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, ITI, HSC, SSC
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise Granulation, Compression, and Coating areas.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and production documentation.
- Maintain equipment and batch records accurately.

Packing Department

Positions: Senior Officer, Officer, Junior Officer, Supervisor, Technician
Qualification: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, ITI, HSC, SSC
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operation and supervision of CAM, IMA, Blister, and CVC Cartonator machines.
- Documentation and compliance with QMS for packing processes.
- Oversee smooth line clearance and in-process checks.

Quality Control (QC)

Positions: Senior Officer, Officer, Analyst
Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle and review documentation related to HPLC, GC, IR, UV, QMS, and material testing.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to analytical procedures.
- Maintain calibration and validation records.
⚠️ Note: M.Sc candidates will not be considered for the QC department.

Engineering Department

Positions: Senior Officer, Officer, Junior Officer, Supervisor, Technician
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical), ITI, HSC, SSC
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, utility plants, and other critical engineering equipment.
- Manage preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and GMP norms.

Eligibility / Qualifications

To apply, candidates should have relevant educational backgrounds and practical experience as per the position:

Pharmacy: B.Pharm, D.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics).
Science: B.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology).
Engineering: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical), ITI (Fitter, Electrician).
Others: HSC/SSC with technical or production exposure.
