Job Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring for multiple departments with responsibilities varying by specialization:

Microbiology (Micro)

• Perform microbiological testing and monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to GLP/GMP standards.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and sterility assessments.

Finished Goods (FG)

• Oversee product quality from production to packaging.
• Maintain batch records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams for process optimization.

Raw Materials (RM)

• Conduct testing and verification of incoming raw materials.
• Maintain RM documentation and compliance records.

Quality Control (QC) & GLP

• Execute analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other QC instruments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and report findings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all QC operations.

Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA)

• Assist in compiling regulatory submissions.
• Maintain dossiers and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for compliance.

Packing & Stability

• Oversee packing processes and stability testing.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Document batch and stability records accurately.

Formulation & Development (F&D)

• Assist in product formulation and development activities.
• Support production scale-up and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Sc, or relevant degrees depending on department.
• Experience: 0-8 years based on the role.
• Key Skills: Attention to detail, compliance with GMP/GLP, teamwork, problem-solving.
• Other Requirements: CTC breakup, last 3 months’ salary slips, 6 months bank statements, and academic documents.
