Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

• Analyze Finished Products (FP), Raw Materials (RM), and Stability samples using HPLC, GC, UV, IR instruments.
• Conduct validation studies and perform regular lab testing.
• Operate other analytical instruments including LCMS as preferred.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP practices and maintain accurate documentation.
• Positions: Officer / Executive.
• Experience: 4–12 years in QC of pharmaceutical formulations, preferably Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).

Packing Department

• Operate and manage Blister Packing Machines and other packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and ensure smooth packing operations.
• Adhere strictly to GMP practices during packaging.
• Positions: Associate.
• Experience: 2–4 years in pharmaceutical packing operations.
• Education: B.Sc, ITI, D.Pharm.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Handle QMS, change control, validation, equipment qualification, and utilities/software management.
• Investigate deviations, OOS, OOT, market complaints, and incidents.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Positions: Executive / Senior Executive.
• Experience: 7–10 years in QA with hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical compliance.
• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

Key Requirements for All Roles

• Minimum 60% marks in the highest qualification.
• Prior experience in formulation / OSD preferred.
• Experience in companies with USFDA / MHRA approvals preferred.
