Marksans Pharma Ltd., a leading global pharmaceutical company, is conducting a Walk-in Interview in Goa on 24th August 2025 for multiple openings across Production, Packing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Packaging Development departments. Production – OSD (Encapsulation/Granulation/Compression/Coating)
- Positions: Supervisor / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities: Operate and monitor OSD manufacturing processes ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 2–8 years
Packing (Blister & Cartonator)
- Positions: Supervisor / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities: Handling blister, cartonator machines, QMS, and packaging activities.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Sc / B. Pharm
- Experience: 2–8 years
Engineering (Electrical, Process & Utility Maintenance)
- Positions: Supervisor / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities: Maintenance of solid dosage, topical, blister & cartonator machines.
- Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 3–8 years
Production – Topical / Liquid / Filling / Packing
- Positions: Supervisor / Officer / Sr. Officer
- Responsibilities: Handling filling & packing machines (ADAM, SARATEC, DHARMATEC, WORDPACK, PACMAC).
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharm / B. Sc
- Experience: 2–4 years
Warehouse (RM/PM)
- Positions: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities: Handling Raw Material & Packing Material.
- Qualification: B. Sc / B. Com
- Experience: 2–8 years
Quality Control (QC)
- Positions: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Responsibilities: Testing using HPLC/GC/LCMS instruments.
- Qualification: M. Sc / B. Sc
- Experience: 2–8 years
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Positions: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Responsibilities: IPQA, Validation, QMS, Lab QA, Documentation.
- Qualification: M. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 2–8 years
Production – Dry Powder
- Positions: Supervisor / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Responsibilities: Manufacturing, filling, packing, QMS & training.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Pharm
- Experience: 2–8 years
Packaging Development
- Positions: Sr. Executive
- Responsibilities: Packaging development for regulated markets.
- Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 5–8 years
Note: ITI, Diploma, and B.Sc freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, B. Sc, B. Com, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, M. Sc.
- Experience required: 2–8 years (Freshers in ITI/Diploma/B.Sc can apply).
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
