Job Role & Responsibilities

Neuland is hiring across multiple roles:

Production

• Intermediate / Clean Room
  • Positions: Chemist / Officer
  • Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production processes, ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, and maintain cleanroom standards.
• Production DCS (Automation)
  • Positions: Executives
  • Responsibilities: Handle automated production systems, oversee process controls, and support troubleshooting.

Quality Control (QC)

• HPLC, GC, LC-MS & ICP-MS
  • Positions: Chemist / Officer
  • Responsibilities: Conduct analytical testing, method validation, and documentation as per regulatory standards.

Plant Engineering

• Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation & Utility
  • Positions: Shift In-charge, Officer, Executives
  • Responsibilities: Perform maintenance of plant machinery, oversee utility operations, and ensure smooth functioning of production units.
