Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Apprenticeship Trainee, you will have hands-on involvement in the following areas:
Production Department
-
Assist in formulation, granulation, compression, and coating processes
-
Learn to operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines for quality compliance
Quality Control (QC)

Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
-
Support analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, UV, GC, and wet chemical methods
-
Maintain accurate QC documentation in compliance with standards
Quality Assurance (QA)

Assist in IPQA, batch release, and document verification

Support training and compliance activities

Learn QMS implementation and audit preparation
Engineering Department

Gain exposure to facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and validation

Assist in process optimization and troubleshooting
