Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Statistical Programmer II at Parexel, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting clinical data that supports global drug development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work independently to support programming activities related to the analysis and reporting of clinical study data.
Serve as Statistical Programming Coordinator (SPC) on projects, liaising with Sponsors, Data Operation Leads, and cross-functional teams.
Use advanced SAS programming techniques to produce and QC derived datasets, TLFs (Tables, Listings, Figures).
Create and modify standard macros and applications to improve programming efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry technical standards, WSOPs, and regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP).
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to staff members and project teams.
Collaborate closely with Parexel and client teams to maximize efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related fields.

Experience & Skills:

2–5 years of relevant experience in statistical programming within clinical research.
Proficiency in SAS programming with hands-on experience in SDTM, ADaM, TLF, Macros, SQL, PROC reports.
Strong understanding of WSOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical data standards.
Prior experience as a Study Lead Programmer or SPC is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with competency in English.
