Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate – Quality Assurance, you will:

• Evaluate and review clinical and commercial drug batches for quality compliance.
• Conduct product and process document verification using statistical process controls.
• Identify deviations in manufacturing and packaging and initiate corrective measures.
• Approve investigations and monitor change control activities in line with compliance policies.
• Support manufacturing and packaging teams in real-time error detection and resolution.
• Maintain inspection readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
• Assist with quality risk management assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields
• OR Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience
• OR High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems
• Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/GxP)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience at a manufacturing site
• Expertise in deviation management, batch record review, ERP systems, and root cause analysis
• Experience with change control management
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Relevant courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences), M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology).
