Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (Chemistry)
- Conduct routine chemical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Hands-on experience in analytical instruments such as HPLC, LIMS, GC, AAS, ICP-MS, UV, IR.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret test reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and data integrity.
2. Quality Control – Microbiology (1–5 Years Exp)
- Perform microbiological tests including water analysis, MLT, BET, and handling Bio ball cultures.
- Conduct microbial analysis of finished products, raw materials, and packaging components.
- Support environmental monitoring and aseptic testing practices.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and follow strict quality compliance protocols.
3. Quality Control – Microbiology (6–10 Years Exp)
- Lead method validation and transfer activities, prepare protocols and reports.
- Review and approve test method validation, media preparation, and equipment qualification records.
- Conduct microbiology-related investigations and corrective action recommendations.
- Manage LIMS entries and laboratory data reviews.
- Act as a senior team member in cross-functional investigations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology), B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
- Experience: 1–10 years (depending on role).
- Strong knowledge of analytical/microbiological techniques.
- Proficiency in GMP documentation and compliance systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
