Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Microbiologist at POABS Biotech, you’ll work closely with the R&D and quality teams to support laboratory activities and microbial studies. Your role will involve both routine and experimental work focused on microbial identification and cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbial isolation and identification from environmental or biological samples.
• Maintain pure cultures and ensure contamination-free environments.
• Perform inoculum preparation and maintain growth media for various microbial species.
• Participate in microbial taxonomy and strain characterization projects.
• Assist in process optimization and fermentation research.
• Document experiments, maintain logs, and support report preparation.
