Job Role & Responsibilities

Research Scientist (2–4 Years)

• Synthesize organic molecules through advanced chemical reactions.
• Perform purification and characterization of compounds.
• Document experiments in lab notebooks with precision.
• Use ChemDraw software for molecular structure drawing.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.

Senior Research Scientist (5+ Years)

• Lead route selection, feasibility studies, optimization, and validation of APIs.
• Perform advanced characterization of molecules and define specifications for raw materials.
• Prepare technical documents such as TTD (Technology Transfer Document) and PDR (Product Development Report).
• Guide junior scientists and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive innovation and process improvement within the R&D team.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• MSc / PhD in Organic Chemistry.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, purification techniques, and analytical methods.
