Job Role & Responsibilities
Production (Manufacturing – Mfg.)
- Operate and monitor machines for Wurster coating, capsule filling, and granulation processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols during manufacturing operations.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and assist in preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate batch records and process documentation.
Production (Packaging)
- Operate primary and secondary packaging equipment including BQS and Cartonator machines.
- Supervise packaging activities to meet production schedules.
- Follow GMP standards for quality assurance and product safety.
- Manage documentation for packaging operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: 10th + ITI, 12th + ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 3–12 years of relevant experience in:
- Wurster coating, capsule filling, or granulation (for Manufacturing).
- Primary and secondary packaging operations such as BQS and Cartonator.
- Skills: Knowledge of pharma regulatory compliance, machine handling, and troubleshooting.
