Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Jr. Executive/Executive in the R&D Department, you will:
- Support synthesis and development of APIs and intermediates.
- Carry out laboratory experiments in organic synthesis with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with senior scientists to develop new chemical processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Troubleshoot and optimize synthetic routes for APIs.
- Contribute to scale-up and process development activities.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is designed for motivated professionals eager to enhance their technical expertise and contribute to drug discovery and development.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in an API background is mandatory.
- Additional Requirement: Strong foundation in synthetic organic chemistry and hands-on laboratory skills.
Relevant Courses Include: M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Sc Medicinal Chemistry, M.Sc Industrial Chemistry.
