Unison Pharmaceuticals is hiring across Production and Packing departments, with a mix of machine operators, area supervisors, and production staff.

Production Department

1. Machine Operator – Granulation / Compression / Coating / Capsule

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Responsibilities:

  • Operate granulation, compression, coating, and capsule machines.

  • Ensure smooth shop floor operations while maintaining cGMP standards.

  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain production logs.

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues to avoid downtime.

2. Area Supervisor – Granulation / Compression / Coating

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations on the shop floor.

  • Ensure production targets are met without compromising quality.
