Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Production Officer – Fermentation Plant (Male Only)

• Oversee fermentation plant operations.
• Operate fermenters and related equipment as per SOPs.
• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure optimal yield and quality.
• Support in process validation and scale-up activities.

2. QA Officer – Fermentation Plant (Male Only)

• Conduct in-process quality assurance for fermentation products.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and approve documents, SOPs, and production batch records.
• Support regulatory audits and customer inspections.

3. Jr. Officer / Trainee – QC Microbiologist (Male Only)

• Perform microbial testing, sterility checks, and contamination control.
• Analyze fermentation samples using microbiological techniques.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory records in compliance with GLP.
• Assist in environmental monitoring and quality documentation.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production Officer: M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology, B.Tech/BE Biotechnology with 2–8 years of relevant experience.
• QA Officer: M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology, B.Tech/BE Biotechnology/Food Technology with 5–8 years of experience (CTC up to ₹6.5 LPA).
• QC Microbiologist (Jr. Officer/Trainee): M.Sc. Microbiology with 6 months–2 years of experience (CTC up to ₹3.3 LPA).
