Lupin is conducting a Walk-In Interview in Indore for experienced professionals across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering and Process Engineering functions.
The recruitment covers Formulation, API, Nasal, Derma, MDI/DPI, OSD, Sterile and Ophthalmic operations.
Openings range from Operator and Officer to Executive-level positions, with experience requirements ranging from minimum 2 years to 10 years, depending on the role.
The walk-in interview will be held from 20th to 22nd September 2026, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Lupin – Quality Control Department

Lupin – QC Formulation Officer – FG / In-Process

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Sc.
Area: Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI

Lupin – QC Formulation Responsibilities

• Analyse finished products including Nasal, Derma and MDI/DPI products using tests such as Assay, RS, SCU, Spray Pattern, APSD (NGI), DU, FPM and physical tests.
• Operate and maintain instruments including HPLC/GC (Chromeleon), UV, pH meter and Spray Vise.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation.

Lupin – QC API Officer – RM Analysis

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Sc.
Area: Raw Material Analysis

Lupin – QC API Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, HST and stability testing of API products using HPLC, UV, GC, IR and Polarimeter.
• Maintain laboratory documentation according to cGMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations.

Lupin – QC Formulation Officer – OSD Stability

Experience: 2–5 Years

Lupin – OSD Stability Responsibilities

• Perform stability testing of formulation products according to approved protocols.
• Conduct analysis using HPLC, UV, dissolution and other analytical instruments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with cGMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
• Complete stability studies and reporting.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Lupin – FG / In-Process QC Responsibilities

• Analyse finished products using HPLC, GC, UV and other analytical instruments in OSD formulations.
• Work with analytical quality systems including LIMS, QMS and SAP.
• Handle OOS/OOT and laboratory deviations.

Lupin – QC Formulation Officer – Sterile / Ophthalmic

Experience: 2–5 Years

Lupin – Sterile / Ophthalmic QC Responsibilities

• Analyse ophthalmic finished products using Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, PSD by Malvern and physical tests.
• Operate and calibrate instruments including HPLC (Chromeleon), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, analytical balance and pH meter.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation.

• Perform IPQA activities for MDI and DPI formulations.
• Conduct line clearance, sampling and AQL inspection.
• Manage retention samples.

• Maintain strong knowledge of cGMP, documentation practices and pharmaceutical quality systems.

Lupin – QA Formulation Executive – IPQA & QMS

Experience: 8–10 Years

Lupin – QA Executive Responsibilities

• Perform IPQA activities for MDI and DPI formulations.
• Handle line clearance, sampling, AQL inspection and retention sample management.
• Review BMR/BPR through Pass-X.
• Support QMS reviews and deviation/OOS investigations.
• Prepare APQR and review cleaning validation documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of cGMP, GDP and pharmaceutical quality systems.

• Work in filling areas for Nasal and Topical Formulations (Derma).
• Operate and handle filling equipment.
• Experience with Nasal filling machine (DARA).
• Experience with Derma filling machines.
• Exposure to bottle filling and capping machines such as PKB.
• Experience with Sofbag filling machine (Marchesini).
• Exposure to tube filling machines such as Norden and IMA.

Lupin – Production Packing Operator

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc. / Diploma
Area: Nasal & Derma

Lupin – Production Packing Responsibilities

• Perform packing activities for Nasal formulations.
• Operate packing equipment including sticker labelling machines and cartoning machines.
• Handle printing and scanning systems such as Jekson.
• Experience in Nasal Spray, Solution and Suspension batch packing operations.
• Experience in BMR through PAS-X.

Lupin – Production Manufacturing Operator

Experience: 2–8 Years
Qualification: ITI / D.Pharm. / B.Sc.
Area: Sterile / Ophthalmic

Lupin – Production Manufacturing Responsibilities

• Handle clean room operations.
• Prepare steam sterilizer loads.
• Work with vessels and homogenizers.
• Perform CIP/SIP activities.
• Conduct filter integrity and glove leak tests.
• Handle bulk manufacturing and filtration.
• Maintain routine batch records and logbooks.
• Perform balance and pH meter calibration and in-process checks.

• Perform aseptic practices and interventions in Grade A areas.

• Work with LAF, pass box, garment cubicle and NVPC systems.

• Prepare SOPs and monthly reports.
