Technology Transfer Department – Executive
Key Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for supporting technology transfer and documentation activities associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Batch Manufacturing Records
- Prepare and review BMRs/BPRs for new products and commercial batches.
SOP & Documentation Management
- Manage SOPs and related documentation.
- Maintain the document lifecycle and implement approved changes.
Change Control
- Handle change controls through TrackWise.
- Support documentation and implementation of approved changes.
NPI & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support NPI activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Pharmaceutical Compliance Knowledge
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- cGMP
- GDP
- Change Control
- Documentation
TrackWise Experience
Experience with TrackWise is required for handling change control activities.
Sterile Manufacturing Knowledge
Candidates should have a good understanding of sterile manufacturing and packaging processes.
Communication & Coordination
Strong communication and coordination skills are required for working with cross-functional teams.
Computer & Documentation Systems
Candidates should have proficiency in:
- MS Office
- EDMS systems
