Provis Biolabs is looking for an experienced professional to join its Quality Control Department as a QC – Analytical professional.
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology
Preference: Biotechnology experience preferred
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Work Requirement: Willingness to work in shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities – QC Analytical
- Perform physical, chemical and performance-based testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, stability and in-process samples using instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers and others.
- Receive samples, allocate AR numbers, perform testing, document and report analytical results.
- Withdraw and aliquot batch release and stability samples for analysis.
- Prepare, revise and maintain SOPs, STPs, specifications, stability protocols, reports and worksheets.
- Compile and interpret test data to prepare comprehensive analytical reports.
- Report and document any OOS, OOT or deviations.
- Plan and execute analytical method validations.
- Perform BET testing for product samples and water samples.
- Verify SOPs, STPs and analytical reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure all testing methods are aligned with ICH, USP and EP and comply with regulatory and GMP requirements, including FDA requirements.
- Prepare various protocols and reports related to product testing.
- Conduct inspections of finished products, in-process samples and raw materials to ensure they meet defined specifications.

M.Sc. Biotechnology
Candidates with relevant biotechnology experience are preferred for this Quality Control – Analytical position.
Experience Required
2–6 Years
Relevant experience in Quality Control, analytical testing, laboratory testing, analytical methods, documentation and pharmaceutical/biological product testing would be applicable to the role.
