Job Responsibilities

Clinical Data Management

• Execute study data management activities across the clinical study lifecycle.
• Perform database build testing, data cleaning, query management, reconciliation and lock preparation with limited oversight.
• Support core Data Management roles, including:

  • Data Delivery Leads
  • Database Designers
  • Data Acquisition Leads

• Own time-sensitive deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of EDC/non-CRF data structures.
• Support local laboratories, coding dictionaries and non-CRF data integrations.

Study Timelines & Data Delivery

• Track progress against data management timelines, study timelines and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks or delays.
• Escalate issues with clear documentation and applicable mitigations.
• Coordinate with local internal teams, global team members and external partners, including FSPs, when required.
• Help ensure aligned and efficient delivery of study activities.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve repeatable data management processes.
• Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Master’s degree, or
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of clinical execution experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with 8 years of clinical execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in a life sciences or medically related field.
• At least 1 year of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience obtained through clinical trials in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical or CRO company.
• Experience working in Data Management on global clinical trials.
