Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Affairs (RA)
- Positions: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers for domestic and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, WHO-GMP, etc.).
- Support audits and inspections.
2. Engineering
- Positions: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering operations in the injectable plant.
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Implement best practices for plant safety and efficiency.
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Position: HPLC Analyst
- Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC analysis for injectable formulations.
- Conduct stability studies, assay, impurity profiling, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with GLP and GMP.
4. Production (Packing)
- Position: Packing Incharge – Injectable
- Responsibilities:
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology) depending on role.
- Experience:
- RA: Prior regulatory affairs experience in pharma industry.
- Engineering: Experience in injectable plant operations.
- QC: Hands-on HPLC experience.
- Production: Proven expertise in injectable packing.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
