Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Injectables)

Positions: Technical Assistant / Operator / Officer / Executive

• Autoclave loading and preparation

• Vial filling & sealing, washing, lyophilization operations

• Aseptic area cleaning & garment washing

• Packing operations including Brevetti inspection & Bonfiglioli leak testing

Quality Assurance (QA)

Positions: Officer – Executive (IPQA / Qualification & Validation)

• Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks

• Supporting qualification and validation of injectable processes & equipment

• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory standards

Quality Control (QC – Microbiology)

Positions: Officer – Executive

• Performing microbiological analysis: Bioassay, Method Validation, Sterility Testing

• Handling water sampling & testing, environment monitoring

• Supporting regulatory and client audits with accurate documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production (Injectables): B.Pharm, Diploma, M.Pharm with 2–6 years’ relevant experience

• Quality Assurance (IPQA/Validation): B.Pharm with 2–8 years’ injectable formulation experience

• Quality Control (Microbiology): M.Sc Microbiology with 2–8 years’ experience in QC Micro functions

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B. Pharma / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field.

• Regulatory Exposure: Mandatory experience with USFDA & MHRA guidelines.
• Additional Requirements:
