Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Designation: Officer – Executive
Experience: 3–10 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
Handle deviation management, change control, and market complaint investigations.
Oversee in-process quality assurance (IPQA) and document review for BMR/BPR.
Support Lab QA and audit readiness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and sterile manufacturing standards.

2. Department: Production – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)

Designation: Officer – Executive
Experience: 3–10 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Responsibilities:

Supervise manufacturing operations such as compression and coating.
Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and documentation control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production planning and quality optimization.

3. Department: Packaging – OSD
