Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Sr. Officer/Executive – PDL Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer OSD manufacturing processes and product knowledge from R&D to commercial sites.
• Conduct technical gap analyses to ensure smooth scale-up and process consistency.
• Execute process validation batches with precision and adherence to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain cGMP-compliant documentation for regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and operational excellence.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of OSD formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in process validation and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cGMP documentation, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm
• Experience: 4–8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably with OSD exposure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with process transfer, validation, and quality assurance practices.
