Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Executive / Jr. Executive – Process Development Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for API production to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot plant operations to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Execute validation batches at the plant level and support commercial batch operations when required.
• Conduct laboratory experiments aligned with plant manufacturing needs.
• Document processes, experiments, and validation results in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process transfers and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of API manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization and validation.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and plant-scale operations.
• Proficiency in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
• Experience: 2–6 years in API manufacturing or process development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with plant operations, process optimization, and validation techniques.

Location & Salary

Location: Symed Labs R&D Center, Shapur, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

CTC: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
